I have no receptionist and no booking centre. Write to me on WhatsApp and it is me who replies — always, and most of the time the same day. And it is me who will be with you at the appointment.
WhatsApp costs you nothing beyond the internet access you already use.That works too, although I take longer to reply. For administrative matters, invoicing or complaints, it is the right channel.

I have a private practice room inside Mediclínica, at Parque das Nações. The premises belong to the clinic; the appointment, the follow-up and the clinical responsibility are mine.
The map is Google's: by showing it, Google receives the IP address of whoever is visiting and may use cookies.
By metro: Oriente station, red line. By train: Gare do Oriente.
By car: on Av. Dom João II there are spaces right outside, but they cost more and turn over quickly. On the street behind the clinic, Passeio do Báltico, it is cheaper and you can stay longer. And there are covered car parks next to Oriente station.
There are no walk-in appointments, in person or online. The day and time are agreed in the initial conversation, according to your availability and mine.
